The Ippa

It features a bright amber color, topped by a dense white head. The nose opens with lively citrus notes of mandarin, intertwined with delicate hints of melon and mango. On the palate, it reveals a personal and refined reinterpretation of classic English IPAs, where the yeast strain selected and cultivated in-house imparts an unmistakable, authentically Baladin character. Surprisingly drinkable, it accompanies the palate with balance and harmony, leaving it clean and fully satisfied thanks to a measured bitterness and the perfect harmony of the hops used.
