Our most intense and engaging offering: a food and wine story in which wine and cuisine intertwine in a profound dialogue, capable of surprising and accompanying every taste.

A guided journey consisting of five glasses, which mark the rhythm of the experience: a welcome glass to open the senses, three glasses paired with a detailed gastronomic journey, and a final glass to close the evening.

At the table, five gourmet creations follow one another like chapters of a story, accompanied by exquisite artisanal breadsticks and a selection of sweet and savory snacks carefully selected from the Eredi Borghino boutique, enriching every moment with unexpected nuances.

Each pairing is carefully studied, explained, and guided, leading you into the essence of what you are tasting.

The cuisine is by Chef Davide Stevanella – La Stella Catering, an interpreter of gastronomic elegance that enhances every glass and amplifies its emotion.
