Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel with malolactic fermentation. It ages on the lees for a minimum of 24 months and rests for at least 3 months after disgorgement.
A harmonious blend of three typical Champagne grape varieties, all from the 2021 harvest, combined with a percentage of reserve wines from previous harvests.
